Seri Anderson, PhD, is a Senior Research Health Economist in the Health Economics group at RTI-HS. Dr. Anderson conducts systematic literature reviews and develops cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, and budget-impact models using Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications. Before joining RTI-HS, Dr. Anderson conducted research in maternal and child health, mental health, and decision-analytic modeling using a mixed-methods approach. In Dr. Anderson’s dissertation, she developed a patient-centered contraceptive information poster and tested its clinical and cost-effectiveness. Her research has been published in several peer-reviewed journals, including Obstetrics & Gynecology, Preventing Chronic Disease, and the American Journal of Community Psychology, as well as presented at several academic conferences.
