Rohit Borker is a distinguished leader in the pharmaceutical and health outcomes research space. He brings more than 2 decades of experience in health outcomes research and market access across multiple therapeutic areas and a history of significant leadership roles at AESARA, Novartis, Boehringer Ingelheim, GlaxoSmithKline, and Amgen. As a senior vice president at RTI-HS, he leads a team of value and access and health economic modeling experts and spearheads efforts to enhance market adoption of RTI-HS’s solutions and strategically expand its footprint into adjacent services. His expertise includes creating impactful partnerships, delivering innovative solutions, and strategically guiding the development of pharmaceuticals from a value and access perspective.

Dr. Borker’s experience spans multiple focus areas including assessment and quantification of value and economics of precision medicine, evaluating value frameworks, leading value-based pricing (VBP) initiatives, developing global and US HTA strategies and tactics, and conceptualizing outcomes/value-based contracting (OBC/VBC) with payer systems. He has done extensive work across different phases of drug development (pre-, peri-, and postlaunch, life-cycle management), in medical and commercial units of organizations, and in HQ and field executive leadership positions. This background provides him with unique perspective in developing robust value propositions and impactful evidence for assets to support their reimbursement and access across US and global payers, integrated networks, and physician practices.
