Daniele Bregantini, PhD, is an Associate Director in the Health Economics group with RTI-HS. Dr. Bregantini has more than 11 years of research experience in mathematical modelling and economic appraisals of healthcare technologies. He has been developing decision analytic models and performing statistical analysis for over 7 years and has been leading the cost-effectiveness evaluation of several large implementation trials funded by the NHS. Before entering consultancy, Dr. Bregantini worked as an academic in the Universities of Leeds, Liverpool, and York where he pursued research in the areas of evidence extrapolation, uncertainty modelling, and probabilistic assessment of healthcare technologies. He worked in disease areas such as nephrology, allergy, breast cancer, Parkinson’s disease, and obstetrics. His research has been presented at various conferences and published in peer-reviewed journals such as NIHR Programme Grants for Applied Research and the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control.
