Anne-Elie Carsin, MSc, is a Senior Statistician at RTI-HS. Ms. Carsin holds a master's degree in Methodology and Statistics in Biomedical Research from the University of South Paris (Paris 11). She has more than 15 years of experience conducting statistical analyses for epidemiological studies. Previously, she worked in the Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) within the Non-communicable Diseases and Environment Programme as a research statistician in studies related to respiratory health. Specifically, she contributed to writing SAPs, preparing, and analyzing observational studies. Her responsibilities have also included data management and analysis of large databases, including registries, electronic medical records. Ms. Carsin is proficient in traditional statistical modelling as well as more advanced methods including multilevel modelling, meta-analysis, multiple imputation, propensity score methods, survival analysis and repeated-measures analyses. She is skilled in SAS, Stata and R programming and has co-authored over 70 scientific papers.
