Amy Martin, MA, ELS, has over 25 years of medical communications experience in academic and professional environments. She leads an integrated team of communications experts who provide medical affairs, scientific strategy, medical education, and publication support to the pharmaceutical industry. Together we blend scientific rigor, engaging technologies, and thoughtful design to develop effective, engaging content. Ms. Martin is a long-time member of the American Medical Writers Association (AMWA) Education Committee, where she helps guide the strategy, development, and enhancement of instructional content, including leading development of the AMWA Certificate in Medical Editing. Prior to joining RTI-HS, Ms. Martin served as the Director of Communications for the Department of Surgery at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
