The award recognizes exceptional disability inclusion practices and policies in a diverse range of industries
RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. – In anticipation of National Disability Employment Awareness Month in October, nonprofit research institute RTI International is honored to receive the NOD Leading Disability Employer Seal for 2024 by the National Organization on Disability (NOD).
This esteemed award highlights employers that are committed to building an inclusive and diverse workforce by adopting exemplary employment practices for people with disabilities.
“We’re incredibly grateful to RTI International for their commitment to disability inclusion,” said Beth Sirull, chief executive officer and president, National Organization on Disability. “We believe that diversity fuels innovation and growth, and RTI embodies this vision in action. We applaud their efforts and investments to provide pathways to fulfilling careers for Americans with disabilities.”
